The scope included massive selective demolition of both interior & exterior of the existing structure, new interior walls, ceilings, insulation systems, major structural upgrades, new elevator shaft, all new MEP systems, carpeting, tile, painting, wall coverings, doors, frames, hardware, replacement windows, new millwork for all guestrooms, restaurant, and bar, all working within historical guidelines.
